Letter from Chris Grant saying new Cards are ready.

I got an email  May 17 from Scott O'Brien (Redriven Sales) with a letter from Chris Grant. It recognized that the new design was taking longer than expected, but the new cards are ready for deployment. They will be scheduling upgrades in the next few weeks.




Also, they will reset the warrantee period to the date that the new controller cards go in.



We are ready for that upgrade and hope that this one is the one that will keep working

    Be careful of ReDriven's empty promises. Even if they do come through. I can almost guarantee your turbine will break down in another week or so as their product simply has too many defects.

    Still waiting for even a response from ReDriven. I sent them a certified letter on 4/28/2011 (along with dozens of emails, phone calls, and a BBB complaint) asking for repair or replacement of my defective turbine that has been down for almost the entire time since it was installed January of 2009.

    They sent me another set of defective blades in January of this year. Yet, they refuse to even acknowledge they have to replace them and get my turbine functional. (Not to mention a long list of other ongoing problems/defective equipment).

    I honsetly don't know how they can stay in business. Their equipment is junk. Many, many customers have had my experience or worse. They seem to using their customers as Guinnea Pigs until they get it right. (which they have not even come close to yet)

    The California Energy Commision has been made of aware of my situation and others. They are closely monitering ReDriven. They will likely be delisted as they are not standing behind the mandated 5 year warranty.

    I would like to hear from other ReDriven customers that are sick and tired of Chris Grants lies and deceptive practices.

    Again, Chris Grant if you are reading any of my posts it would be nice to at least receive a return email or a phone call. As you are well aware it has been almost 2 and 1/2 YEARS of almost ZERO power production from your $70,000+ plus turbine.
